The w224 Alto Pendant, designed by Dirk Winkel for the Wästberg brand, is the emblem of purism: a small cylindrical body – a suspension in its smallest form – which boasts impressive indirect light, capable of filling an entire room with soft and balanced lighting. Based on the Brutalist-inspired aesthetic and dimensions of the Alto w164 floor lamp but even more powerful, its design is defined by the artfully designed central heat sink. And like its predecessor, the Alto w224 pendant provides unparalleled light. The multi-directional LED technology of the w224 Alto pendant lamp creates an incredibly wide-angle and uniform light distribution – a great alternative to conventional general lighting. The w224 Alto suspension is available in traffic white, deep black and tumbled raw aluminum finishes, without added coatings or protective treatments.
